You can jump back to old manual saves without losing any points. The points are stored on your profile save. All of them are easily farmed via autosave reload. The Records that give the most points are for doing a certain number of weapon kills. That leaves you with 80,000 points to farm. You should have gotten around 10,000 points from the 1st playthrough, assuming you found all collectibles.
